Welcome to Course Tonic. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding use of the courses we create for you.

1. License to Use Courses

Upon successful delivery of the course materials, you are granted the following rights:

Professional and Personal Use: You may use the courses and materials for your professional and personal purposes, including teaching, sharing with your audience, and incorporating them into your offerings.
Selling and Distributing: You are permitted to sell and distribute the course materials directly to your audience through your chosen platforms.

2. Delivery of Courses

Courses and materials purchased from Course Tonic will be delivered by a mutually agreed-upon date, as outlined in the contract. Delivery timelines will be negotiated before the start of the project and will depend on the scope and complexity of the course. If any delays occur, we will communicate updates promptly to ensure transparency.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds for course services are only available based on the progress of the course creation process. The refundable amount will correspond to the portion of the work that has not yet been completed.

For example, if 50% of the course has been created, only 50% of the total cost will be eligible for a refund.
Once the course is fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed within 3 business days.

4. Restrictions on Resale

While you are authorized to sell and distribute the course materials, the following restrictions apply:

You may not resell the courses or materials to third parties for them to sell or distribute as their own.
Any attempt to sublicense, transfer, or provide the course materials for resale purposes violates this agreement and may result in legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

The courses and materials created by Course Tonic remain the intellectual property of our team. While you have a license to use, sell, and distribute the materials as outlined above, the ownership of the original content remains with Course Tonic.

6. Modifications to Materials

You may customize or modify the course materials to better align with your brand or audience needs. However, these modified materials are subject to the same restrictions outlined in Section 4.

7. Compliance

You agree to comply with these terms when using, selling, or distributing the course materials. Any misuse of the materials may result in the termination of your license and/or legal action.

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
